WHY JOIN THE TEAM?

Reporting to the Team Lead, Global Transport, the incumbent will be responsible for carrying out various day-to-day tasks and follow-ups with our internal and external partners, in order to fulfill BRP’s service promise to our clients.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations with carriers to ensure unmatched customer service
  • Provide our clients with Tier 2 service support, implement comprehensive and long‑term solutions to logistical challenges
  • Act in the client’s and the dealer’s best interest and take the necessary actions in the supply chain to solve problems
  • Respond to service cases to follow up on investigations led by the customer service department
  • Communicate with carriers to ensure on‑time deliveries as per performance and financial objectives
  • Implement standard sustainable practices with our third‑party logistics providers (3PL)
  • Prepare month‑end reporting for dealer portals
  • Focus on the service promise
  • Monitor performance indicators
  • Focus your actions on service levels, including transportation cost reduction strategies

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration or any other related field
  • 5 years of experience in transportation and any other relevant experience
  • Bilingualism, both spoken and written, is essential
  • Leadership skills, ability to work as part of a team, excellent communication skills
  • Customer‑focused approach essential
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to influence others
  • Versatility, independence, precision
  • Excellent understanding of supply chains
  • Ability to adapt and work under pressure
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Solid understanding of operational processes
