WHY JOIN THE TEAM?
Reporting to the Team Lead, Global Transport, the incumbent will be responsible for carrying out various day-to-day tasks and follow-ups with our internal and external partners, in order to fulfill BRP’s service promise to our clients.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations with carriers to ensure unmatched customer service
- Provide our clients with Tier 2 service support, implement comprehensive and long‑term solutions to logistical challenges
- Act in the client’s and the dealer’s best interest and take the necessary actions in the supply chain to solve problems
- Respond to service cases to follow up on investigations led by the customer service department
- Communicate with carriers to ensure on‑time deliveries as per performance and financial objectives
- Implement standard sustainable practices with our third‑party logistics providers (3PL)
- Prepare month‑end reporting for dealer portals
- Focus on the service promise
- Monitor performance indicators
- Focus your actions on service levels, including transportation cost reduction strategies
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration or any other related field
- 5 years of experience in transportation and any other relevant experience
- Bilingualism, both spoken and written, is essential
- Leadership skills, ability to work as part of a team, excellent communication skills
- Customer‑focused approach essential
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to influence others
- Versatility, independence, precision
- Excellent understanding of supply chains
- Ability to adapt and work under pressure
