Job Responsibilities:

• Track shipments sent to customers and coordinate with logistics partners to resolve any

challenges along the way * Collect error reports and weekly data for logistics, and make related process

improvement recommendations * Generate sound logistics initiatives and plans for improvement for various modes of

transportation (FTL, LTL, last mile delivery) * Assist the operations team in the entire supply chain – right from receiving ingredients

from suppliers to delivering delicious recipes to customers * Support operations team and provide assistance through modification of outbound

logistics plan * Provide feedback on strategic planning and forecasting

• Administrative tasks related to preparation of data for production and logistics cycle
• Continuously analyze logistics last-mile delivery network in order to optimize delivery

performance and costs. * Coordinate with Customer Care team in order to resolve any delivery concerns and

process improvements * Perform financial analysis and reporting of the entire logistics network on a weekly basis

• Participate and lead development of logistics initiatives

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience with leading supply chain, transportation, or manufacturing

companies * Strong interest in logistics and supply chain

• Proven ability to quickly adapt, problem solve and drive the right results using data
• Quantitative and analytical experience – must have exceptional MS Excel skills
• Proactive, ambitious, and assertive: take ownership of work and think beyond the scope of a given assignment
• Extremely organized and have excellent follow up skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivated
• Entrepreneurial with a strong attitude towards getting things done
• Real passion for food is an asset!!!

Hybrid Work Approach

At HelloFresh, we know that flexible work arrangements are essential in enabling you to do your best work, while balancing your personal and life needs. Offering remote work flexibility for our employees is a core part of creating a great employee experience. We are also mindful that many employees thrive on in-person interactions and collaboration opportunities at the office (e.g. new joiners, team building, social events, experiencing our product).

To meet those needs, we are pleased to provide a Hybrid Work Approach, which enables employees to work from home up to 50% of the time, and also work remotely (within Canada) up to four weeks per year. During the COVID-19 pandemic, our HQ employees are primarily working remotely from home and we have the office open and available on a voluntary basis for employees who wish to work from there. Pending public health guidelines, we expect to return to the office using our Hybrid Work Approach. Employees will receive a minimum of one month’s notice of our Hybrid Work Approach taking effect and when employees will be expected to start work from the office.
