Responsibilities:

The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency and on-time inbound delivery

Shipping and Receiving experience (Truck Load, LTL, Small Pack)

Act as the transportation liaison between operations, sales, procurement and customer service

Ensure On-Time inbound Deliveries and Returns

Coordinating and monitoring shipments on a daily basis, ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments

Communicate with vendors, sales team, customers, customer service, service teams addressing resolving transportation issues

Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements

Prepare accurate Inventory reports for management, weekly/monthly

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in shipping / logistics

Ability to work multitask and work in a high paced environment

Ability to work with in a team environment and track multiple processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Forklift / Reach Truck Certification

Strong problem-solving skills
