Job description: Our client, a leading automotive supplier in Woodbridge, ON is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to plan, schedule, arrange and report on all incoming and outbound freight, maintain accurate contact information for customer, logistic, and container companies, file and keep records of all daily driver log sheets, coordinate and schedule fleet maintenance, among other duties as assigned. This is a full-time/permanent position.

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary Education in Supply Chain, or related work experience
• 2+ related logistics/supply chain experience
• 2+ years truck and intermodal dispatch knowledge required
• Previous experience in a Tier 1 automotive supplier environment a definite asset
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year (depending on experience and qualification)
