This position is part-time, must be available weekends.

Position Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Physical Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc.
• First Aid, Pool Operator an asset.
• Individual with proven handyman and maintenance experience.

Position Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Maintain grounds, room/suites and buildings year round.
• Operate and maintain all equipment, this includes preventative maintenance.
• Document pool and hot tub maintenance and chemical balancing.
• Adhere to rules regarding health & safety
