Job description: The team :

As a member of the Supply Chain team, you will lead our Contract Manufacturing activities to achieve our goals for products quality and supply services. Working closely with Genetec`s Contract Manufacturers and internal stakeholders, you will manage the day to day CM activities to meet the market demands, and you will develop the strategies for continuous improvement and optimizations.

What your day will look like:

• Act as the first point of contact for all needs related to our Contract Manufacturing operations
• Manage the day-to-day Contract Manufacturing activities with global partners
• Work with all product groups stakeholders to ensure their CM needs are covered
• Ensure that all requirements are understood and delivered on-time
• Manage the CM’s relationships and the CM’s performances
• Identify and mitigate the risks, escalate opportunities for improvement on a timely manner
• Seek opportunities on a continuous basis to optimize quality and costs
• Implement innovative solutions when facing challenges

About you:

• An Engineering background in the IT or electronics industry
• Relevant experience managing Contract Manufacturers or working for a Contract Manufacturer
• Excellent English & French written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical mind
