What you’ll do:
- Oversee administration of human resource policies and programs
- Manage relationships with third-party providers
- Resolve issues through collaboration with internal and external partners
- Oversee technical upgrades, system testing and data collection projects
- Provide leadership to the team, including goals, performance and career development

What you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in Administration or Human Resources Management and a minimum of six years of compensation, payroll, and benefits experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- CEBS, accounting designation, or payroll management certification is an asset
