What you’ll do:

  • Oversee administration of human resource policies and programs
  • Manage relationships with third-party providers
  • Resolve issues through collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Oversee technical upgrades, system testing and data collection projects
  • Provide leadership to the team, including goals, performance and career development

What you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Administration or Human Resources Management and a minimum of six years of compensation, payroll, and benefits experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • CEBS, accounting designation, or payroll management certification is an asset
