In your role, you will:

– Develop and implement strategic IR plans directed at helping the Company to achieve maximum long-term value;
– Lead the preparation of investor presentations and press releases in the context of the overall IR and Communication strategy;
– Collaborate with the IR team in executing the investor relations program, including strategy, operating plan, budget;
– Interact with the investment community on behalf of the Company, when required;
– Manage relationships with analysts and investors to ensure positive and productive working relationships, establishing the Company’s transparency and credibility;
– Support Company executives in building long-term rapport with investors and analysts and keep shareholders knowledgeable and up-to-date;
– Act as a subject matter expert and advise on issues related to financial markets and investor feedback. Rapidly responds to investor inquiries;
– Provide on-going support to the Company’s executive leadership regarding investor feedback, perceptions and opinions, competitive intelligence, analysts’ positions, and summaries, relative stock price movements, and periodic ownership analysis;
– Develop key IR materials (investor presentations and conference call scripts) in collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional colleagues including senior leadership of the Company, in preparation of analyst events, presentations, earnings releases and other public disclosures;
– Organize, prepare for and execute investor days, investor conferences and meetings both domestically and internationally;
– Provide review and commentary on regulatory documents.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

– You completed a bachelor degree or master in Management or Finance combined with a minimum of seven (7) years of finance experience;
– You have a CFA, CPA or other relevant experience;
– You acquired experience in investor relations, corporate strategy, equity research, consulting, investment banking, finance or corporate communications;
– You have excellent organizational skills with a successful track record of interfacing with senior management;
– You have capable of demonstrating initiative and independence in carrying out multiple tasks, as well as strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
– You are rigorous, autonomous and action oriented;
– You are data-driven with strong analytical skills and synthesis capability;
– You have a high level of integrity and strong sense of personal ownership and accountability;
– You possess an excellent writing and communication skills in both English and French, with an ability to use facts to support arguments;
– You are an adept influencer and strategic advisor and possess interpersonal skills;
– You are a collaborative leader with demonstrated ability to impact and influence across various functions and groups at all levels of an organization;
– You have advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
