Job title: Manager, Information Security

Job description: As a Manager, Information security, your role is to assist in setting the information security strategic direction for the organization by developing and maintaining a security governance program, performing risk assessments, and consulting with business owners on the implementation of information security throughout the SITA business units.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain SITA’s Enterprise Information Security Policies and Standards.
• Develop tools and templates to be used to perform risk assessments, threat assessments, supply chain management and compliance reviews
• Identify requirements and work with appropriate teams and organizations within SITA to support the adoption of security processes and procedures (i.e. role assignment matrices, process/procedural controls).
• Perform Supplier security assessments
• Perform IT risk assessments and compliance reviews
• Develop a compliance monitoring regime for SITA

Qualifications

Who you are:

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience, with 4 years of experience in information security and/or IT risk management
• 4 + years of hands-on experience as a security practitioner, implementing a variety of solutions across multiple disciplines
• Experience in the development, and documentation of information security policies and standards used to develop an information security management system for an organization.
• Experience in maintaining and monitoring compliance to information security process and procedures
• Experience implementing strategic information security programs within large organizations, ISO 27001
• Experience designing and implementing security policies and infrastructure in a multi-tenant ISP Datacenter environment and/or cloud computing environment
• Knowledge and understanding across a wide breadth of technology domains, with the ability to quickly assimilate the inter-relationships with team members of various disciplines
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to parse requirements and relate them to appropriate security controls
• Ability to interact with personnel at all levels and across all business units and organizations, and to comprehend complex business initiatives
• You’re able to work independently and collaborate across multiple business functions and teams, and manage and prioritize workload effectively
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent co-ordination and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent English language skills, written and spoken
• Working knowledge of cloud security architectures, strategies and standards
• Expert knowledge of well-known information security standards (ISO 27001, PCI, NIST)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field, or equivalent experience required
• One of the following certifications:

1. Certified Information Systems Security professional (CISSP)
2. Certified Information System Auditor (CISA)
3. Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controls (CRISC)
4. ISO 27K Lead Implementer
