The Opportunity The Manufacturing Compliance Coordinator is responsible for managing the compliance training required for the hourly and salaried employees on both the Day and Night shift at Toronto Poultry. The role will also be accountable for Production SOP’s and QN program.

A snapshot of some of the exciting things you will lead and do:

  • Manage compliance (FSQA, H&S, HR) training program for the site
  • Facilitate FSQA, Health and Safety, and HR training as required
  • Coordination and maintenance of training records
  • Monitor and check for training effectiveness
  • Track and monitor success and completion of training programs
  • Develop yearly compliance training plans and execute against plan
  • Update and Write all Production SOP’s
  • Identified Alchemy Key User for the site
  • Backfill for Production Supervisor when required
  • Ensure open and effective communications
  • Other duties as assigned

What you will bring:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience and commitment to good manufacturing practices
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision is a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of FSQA, HACCP and Provincial Safety Regulations would be an asset
  • Experience with adult learning principles and methodologies considered an asset
  • May be required to cover alternate shifts as needed
