Job title: Manufacturing Manager – CNC
Job description: Our client, a leading manufacturer of electrical architectural products, is currently seeking a Manufacturing Manager to join their team in Woodbridge, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all manufacturing activities, oversee and schedule daily operations of the plant, lead a production team in meeting production targets, ensure CNC machineries are running optimally, commit to plant safety procedures, manage health and safety compliance, among other related electrical engineering duties as assigned. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Education in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 5-10+ years related experience, preferably in a machining environment
- Strong working knowledge of CNC machinery
- Strong emphasis on Health and Safety in the plant
- Excellent communication skills, can clearly give instructions as needed
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership, management & communication skills
Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
