Job description: We are currently looking for a permanent, full-time Manufacturing Manager to join our team at our Saskatoon or Annaheim location.

WHAT YOULL DO
Reporting to the Vice-President, Manufacturing, the purpose of the Manufacturing Manager is to lead the Saskatchewan manufacturing team in achieving production targets safely, efficiently and up to our customers expectations.

Key accountabilities include:
Instilling Doepkers mission, vision and values within the manufacturing team
Developing a safety-conscious mindset within the manufacturing team
Increasing leadership skills and building leadership capacity throughout the manufacturing team
Ensuring continuous improvement initiatives are taking place
Achieving scheduled manufacturing times
Efficiencies and standardized processes are maintained across all plants

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Bachelors degree in Commerce or Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience directly working within a manufacturing facility
Proven experience building, developing and leading teams
Project management skills with strong organization abilities
Strong communication skills
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software is an asset
Experience or training in Lean Manufacturing is an asset
