To support our continued growth, we are looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our team of PLM consultants. The candidates must be autonomous, eager to apply their engineering skills and able to learn quickly on the job. They will be responsible for delivering Maya HTT’s customized PLM solutions and services to our customers, specifically in the manufacturing domain. Our expertise is recognized internationally and we have customers in various parts of the world.

As a manufacturing expert, leveraging the Teamcenter platform, you will help our customers to capture, manage and optimize their manufacturing process plans to effectively communicate them across their organization and extended enterprise.
What to expect as your main responsibilities:

• Capture customer’s requirements, understand the customers’ business needs and provide guidance to the customer.
• Install, configure and customize Siemens’s Teamcenter core PLM application and manufacturing modules.
• Consult customers in how to best leverage Teamcenter in the manufacturing environment.
• Implement customer’s requirements in terms of CAD/CAM/CAE and engineering/manufacturing data management, workflow process, security policy, reporting capabilities, etc.
• Provide technical support– be the main point of contact with customer
• Stay up-to-date on the latest PLM advancements
• Deliver customer training

Minimum Requirements:

• You have at least 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing planning best practices, such as:

o manufacturing bill of materials (MBOM), bill of process (BOP)
o work instructions & sequencing
o production planning change management, and configuration capabilities.
o production lines balancing, time analysis, standardization and re-use of assembly processes

• Experience in collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and production
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field such as industrial, mechanical, aeronautics or electrical from a recognized educational institution
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Good inter-personal skills, initiative and ability to work in a team
• Resourceful, autonomous and have good problem-solving skills.
• You have a good level of knowledge in French and English spoken and written.
• Be available for occasional travel

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management concepts
• Previous experience or exposure to Teamcenter
• Knowledge of CAD platforms such as NX, Catia or Solidworks
