YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Work to deploy the implementation and training strategy associated with the robustness of the processes at the BRP manufacturing site located in Valcourt. You will develop different applications and processes in order to achieve the required level of robustness and standardize best practices in order to benefit future developments;
- As an expert in process robustness, coordinate, plan and coach industrial engineering, assembly and engineering teams to prevent issues, reduce risks as well as document learning and best practices;
- Drive initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce risk (PFMEA) and standardize processes;
- Be a leader in improving our processes & amp; procedures and monitoring thereof to position itself as a center of expertise;
- Optimize our processes by analyzing the data collected and taking the actions necessary to meet and maintain requirements;
- Benchmark on applicable technological innovations;
- Supervise and collaboratively carry out multidisciplinary projects for the continuous improvement of the manufacturing quality system.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- DEC. or B.A.C.C. in manufacturing engineering or equivalent with a keen interest in quality;
- Experience of 3 to 5 years in the manufacturing field;
- Quick learning of various computer software;
- Strong customer approach and sense of initiative;
- Problem solving;
- Organization, work planning, rigor in execution;
- Knowledge of six sigma and statistics tools;
- Availability to travel to the various BRP sites.
