Job description: Dean Group’s Manufacturing division is searching for an Manufacturing Supervisor.

Contract length: Temporary – permanent
Wage: Depending on experience
Shifts: Monday – Friday, Days

Manufacturing Supervisor job responsibilities:
- Oversee the custom camera and sensor production areas.
- Supervision of any other support staff assisting the production areas.
- Control the delivery of products
- Providing clear direction of activities for manufacturing associates
- Establishing goals/objectives and evaluating performance.
- Planning and provision of comprehensive training plans for each manufacturing associate.
- Managing the monthly metrics that indicate the performance levels of the group
- Participating in the budget setting for the department including maintaining expenses
- Other duties as required
What you will need to be a successful Manufacturing Supervisor:
- College Certificate in Electronics Technologist or Technician.
- Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience preferably in an electronic manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Cleanroom rules and procedures is expected.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
