Position

We are seeking reliable and self-motivated employees to fill a multitude of positions including:

  • Trimming – Hulls, decks, and small parts
  • Processing – Gel coat and fiberglass repairs
  • Wiring and Hardware Installation
  • Final assembly
  • Upholstery covering and installation
  • Carpentry
  • Mold shop – Mold prep, repairs, buffing, sealing, waxing, infusion
  • Lamination

To be successful you must be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working as part of a small team with minimum supervision. We offer competitive wages and full benefits for employees who complete the probation period.

Responsibilities

  • Safe work practices
  • Handling materials on-site, within the shop and outdoors as required
  • Use of basic hand tools and power hand tools (i.e. Grinders, Buffer, Drills, Saws)
  • Cutting, grinding of various fiberglass parts to be prepared
  • Bodywork and repaint surfaces
  • Mask and tape fiberglass surfaces in preparation for painting
  • Detailed work is required, so good vision is necessary
  • Capable of lifting 50 lbs periodically throughout an 8hr shift.
  • Must work well in a team atmosphere
  • Have a strong work ethic, with the desire to learn new techniques and methods.
  • Be hard working, good attention to detail, and take pride in their work
  • Basic housekeeping duties (clean site and equipment)
  • Safe work practices
