We provide service including but not limited to student permits, family reunion, tourist visas and permanent residence applications. Our company is expanding and is seeking a Marketing Co-ordinator with at least 1 year working experience to join our team.
Main duties:
- Identify competitive services by evaluating and analyzing service characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising
- Devise and execute communications programs to inform clients and the general public of the latest immigration policies
- Develop and implement short and long-term marketing strategies and advertising campaigns in order to create and increase brand awareness
- Prepare and co-ordinate events and workshops, liaise with clients, agencies, employees and other organizations Provide sales team with support in services and market trends through market analysis
- Gather, research and prepare marketing materials for social media platforms, website content, newsletters, direct mail and print advertisements such as flyers, posters etc
- Assist in a graphic design team with the delivery of content that meets marketing specifications
- Co-ordinate events and promotions for internal and external audiences
- Willing to travel abroad for holding marketing events, must have a passport or can obtain one that allows for international travel
Experience:
- At least one year experience working in a relevant marketing industry
- A bachelor’s degree or higher level of education
- Knowledge of the Immigration Industry is an asset
Skills:
- Ability to work with people of different personalities and diverse cultural backgrounds independently
- Ability to build, co-ordinate and maintain good working relationships with existing and prospective clients
Excel in Microsoft suite and social media application etc
Language:
- English (Required)
Salary:
- Full time position
- $30.50-32.50 per hour (to be negotiated) for 35 hours a week, 52 weeks a year
- Two weeks of paid annual vacation after each 12-month vacation entitlement year
- Health and dental benefits package after three-month probation period
Business Equipment and Computer Applications:
Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, Social Media applications
