This position plays a key role in the company’s marketing department and is responsible for growing revenue through digital media and planning & executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.

Currently, this is a remote/Hybrid work week: in office Monday to Wednesday and at home on Thursdays and Fridays.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Reporting to the CEO, you will support the marketing team with digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
  • Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit the needs of the company
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop pre-sales collateral to drive B2B revenue
  • Support the Marketing Manager in the creation and maintenance of all digital assets including, but not limited to: website, social media channels, newsletter, CRM etc.
  • Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to the marketing team and executives
  • Participate and lead brainstorming discussions for branding and marketing campaigns throughout the year
  • Manage digital and print campaigns
  • Client liaison
  • Traffic Management duties

What You Bring:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in marketing
  • Diploma or degree in Communications, Journalism or English
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, pay-per-click advertising
  • Familiar with Content Management Systems, WordPress etc.
  • Familiar with Social Media applications: LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook
  • Familiar with CRM tools
  • Experience with Mailchimp or other email marketing providers
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

Salary in the $50k per annum range + great benefits and perks including extended health coverage, dental, vision, paramedical, short & long-term disability insurance, a HealthCare spending account and annual education/training allowance to assist with work-related classes.
