Job description: Adecco is currently hiring for a Marketing Coordinator position in Toronto, ON to work remotely until the offices reopen. Our client is a multinational corporation that specializes in Internet-related services and products. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist the lead partner marketing manager supporting customers, performing client services. Our client is looking for a highly collaborative individual 3-5 years of marketing and retail experience. This is a 1-year contract position with a pay rate of $38.00 – $44.00 an hour (based on experience).

The Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities Include: * Creative briefing, reviews, and executions of marketing assets with the retail marketing production team

• Project manage (status calls, project timelines, action item documentation) marketing assets, ranging from signage, to digital creative, to store demos
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and requests, such as sharing of assets, project status updates, and troubleshooting any issues (e.g. delay in logistics or shipments of demo units or fixtures)
• Some planning of marketing programs for Tier 2 accounts

The Marketing Coordinator Qualifications Include: * 3-5 years of experience in marketing or retail operations is required

• Account management with strong customer service skills and experience growing a customer relationship is required
• Project management experience with experience managing multiple complex projects with multiple stakeholders, while thrive in fast paced environment with competing priorities would be an asset
• Comfortable with marketing and retail terminology and concepts and a strong understanding of how marketing & retail work.
• Digital media experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines
