We import some products from overseas, we also have our local factory specifically for custom designs and manufactures. We are now looking for a creative, enthusiastic, energetic, service-oriented individual who wants to join our growing team working as a MARKETING COORDINATOR. This is specialized marketing and communications work which involves planning, coordinating and delivering a variety of communications/marketing activities to promote our brand, events and services:
Key responsibilities:
¨ Assist in developing and executing marketing plan to profitably increase consumption within budget
¨ Manage social media accounts and online presence including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WeChat, etc.
¨ Collaborate and create content to post online as well and physical advertisements
¨ Implement SEO strategies for media and online presence to increase recognition and traffic flow
¨ Develop and implement advertising campaigns appropriate for print or electronic media
¨ Research on the market trends and analyze the competitors’ products to adjust our prices and organize competent promotional activities.
¨ Analyze quarterly and annual sales statistics, work closely with our sales team to develop innovative marketing and sales strategies.
¨ Plan events, organize showroom and sales presentations in front of public.
¨ Assist in photo shoots and production of video clips to present our products on website and social media.
¨ Design and prepare promotional and branded materials, such as the company’s brochure, flyers, business cards, e-Newsletters, etc.
¨ Conduct customers’ satisfactory survey to improve the quality of our products and services.
¨ Liaise with other dealerships and wholesales to build strategic relationships and partnerships.
SKILLs AND REQUIREMENTS:
¨ Bachelor’s degree
¨ Minimum 3 years or more of marketing-related work experience
¨ Proficient in English speaking and writing
¨ Computer literate in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, etc.
¨ Relevant experience in network promotion and multi-media marketing
¨ Excellent communicative skills are a must
¨ Ability to proofread and edit material.
¨ Excellent multitasking and time management skills, detail-oriented.
¨ Flexibility to work overtime to meet deadlines as required.
