Temporary 1 year

Mission: In this role, the Marketing Finance Manager will be responsible for the financial development of marketing initiatives that promote the launch of new products and drive brand awareness. A key focus of this role is to collaborate with cross functional team and collate a P&L (Profit & Loss) to support the decision making on new launches.

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate across Marketing, Projects Managers, Revenue Growth Management, Finance, Sales teams to complete financial business case for product new launches

• Responsible to assess effectiveness of new products launches through analysis on post completion
• Participate in Rolling Forecast process by ensuring innovation assumptions (volume, sales and profitability assumptions) are properly captured in the financials
• Contribute to enhance Innovation reporting and be the key contact for communication to Danone Group
• Actively participate to the Internal weekly project meeting with cross functional team and share insights on the business case

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s in business administration or Accounting
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance controlling
• CPA professional title (an asset)
• Experience in the CPG sector in driving business performance
• Bilingual: English and French (an asset)

• Strong knowledge of systems (SAP, Excel. Power query, etc)
