Marketing Manager Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to work with our team! We
are a destination marketing organization looking for a stellar Marketing
Manager to help take us to new heights. The Marketing Manager is responsible
for delivering engaging content to customers and prospects, successfully moving
them down the path to purchase. They will bring a passion for
conversion-focused, data-driven content marketing offering a unique mix of
creative, strategic and analytical thinking. They will be a publisher and
optimizer of destination focused content and bring a positive and collaborative
spirit to the Greater Victoria tourism industry at large.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

What you
need to bring:

• A

least 5 years of work experience in a content-focused marketing role. * A

degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred. * Experience

managing data-driven marketing campaigns, with established knowledge of
marketing concepts in the context of various print and digital media. * A passion

for tourism and a desire to learn and work collaboratively with a brilliant,
resilient, close knit team committed to supporting stakeholders and
members.

• Salary/Wage: $48,000 and $64,900 dependent on experience and related skills.
