Job title: Marketing Manager
Job description: This position answers to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for managing marketing and promotional strategies and tactics across multiple markets and productions. Marketing activities are consumer focused although we also have business to business goals.
ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Coordinate marketing plans, as approved by the Director, for a range of shows/products
2. Manage and traffic ads for all marketing campaigns including Print, Out of Home, TV, Radio, Digital and others.
3. Manage signage requirements for venues, in conjunction with the Director of Marketing
4. Maintain internal documents, including settlements documents
5. Manage touring venues for various productions, including the approval of marketing collateral for each venue/market
6. Generate reports (e.g., promotions and activations)
7. Manage current marketing cross-promotions and partnerships while developing, pitching, and securing new initiatives
8. Support sponsorship activations
9. Manage collateral and marketing tactics for industry conferences, in conjunction with the Director of Marketing and the creative agency.
10. Attend marketing meetings.
11. Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
KNOWLEDGE:
· Minimum education requirement of Bachelor undergraduate university degree in a relevant discipline
· Education in arts and entertainment marketing is preferred
· Knowledge of production of printed materials, TV, Radio, OOH and Digital assets
· Knowledge of and ability to use office equipment and computer applications including Microsoft Office
SKILL & EXPERIENCE:
· Strong project management, time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload while multi-tasking to meet deadlines in a fast-changing environment.
· Ability to manage and operate comfortably at a tactical level
· Highly energetic team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within the Marketing team
· Highly collaborative team player.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Fluency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
· Interest in/knowledge of theatre/performing arts
· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

WORKING CONDITIONS
· Long and variable hours including some weekends and late evenings of work
· Remote office environment due to Covid-19
Company:
Expected salary: $55000 – 60000 per year
