You’ll succeed in this role if you have a strong attention to detail for campaign design, deployment, and data analysis, are organized, and able to prioritize and manage your time to meet deadlines. Aside from your experience working in sales and marketing campaigns, you’ll need to have a natural curiosity, as you investigate campaign issues and understand when to report and escalate to the senior team as needed. If this sounds like you, we want to meet you! Working with Sparkrock: We offer a competitive salary of $80,000-90,000 commensurate with experience, along with a performance-based bonus, health benefits, 3 weeks’ vacation, annual education development budget, and paid time off to volunteer at an organization whose mission makes your heart soar.
