Education: Diploma or Bachelor degree of university in business, marketing or related is required

Experience: more than 1 year experience is an asset

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate skill in creating, planning and executing marketing initiatives and measuring ROI.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience through proactive communication
• Plan, implement and track a departmental marketing budget annually
• Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
• Develop marketing campaigns: product launches, advertisements in trade magazines, email mailers, technical bulletins, customer satisfaction surveys, promotional videos, etc
• Gather, research and prepare communications material for internal and external audiences
• Develop, implement and evaluate communications strategies and programs designed to inform clients, employees and the general public of initiatives
• Responsible for event preparation, coordination of materials, and staffing.
