Duties of the Role:

1.Assess the key characteristics and genres of the brand and advise on marketing and branding purposes;

2.Analyze market trend, develop branding campaigns, and implement marketing strategies to attract public interest and develop potential business relationship;

3.Develop public opinion survey and customer services questionnaire to identify the interests and concerns target groups and prospective clients;

4.Create, maintain, and promote marketing collateral, including product pages and other website content, social media content, brochures, videos, web and print advertisements, sales tools, tradeshow booth graphics, and other promotional materials;

5.Generate, implement and evaluate marketing strategies and programs designed to inform clients, employees and the general public of brand- or product-related initiatives;

6.Follow up marketing projects, make adjustments to existing campaigns, and give feedback on marketing performance to the management;

7.Ensure product-specific branding is maintained and well aligned with corporate image and update status of assigned tasks in project management system;

8.Study the organization’s objectives, collaborate with client representatives, and write press releases and other media communications to increase brand awareness;

9.Track, collect and analyze feedback on marketing campaigns of customer products from social media platforms and troubleshooting arising issues;

10.Design and organize workshops, seminars, conferences and other events both online and offline for publicity and informational marketing purposes.

Skills & Qualifications:

1.A bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing, journalism, or related field is required;
2.Two to three years of experience in marketing related occupations;
3.Strong understanding of various social media platforms and being organized to run several campaigns at the same time;
4.Ability to identify issues and resolve problems in a timely manner using creativity and good judgement;
5.High attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a diverse and collaborative environment;
6.Being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Products, including spreadsheets and flow charts software;
7.Capability to undertake research using variety of sources.
