Your Opportunity

Successful candidate will receive mentoring and training from Sr. Piping Technologists who have a world class reputation for their skillful design of complex industrial piping systems. This position will be based out of our Fredericton, NB office and serving clients in the Pulp and Paper, Wood Composites, Oil and Gas, Power and Utilities, Food, Mining and Environmental industries.

Your Key Responsibilities

Drawing preparation using AutoCAD 2019 and Plant 3D 2021

PP&ID and Flow Diagram preparation

3D modeling and design of piping and mechanical systems

Data collection and verification in our client’s facilities

Preparation of isometric drawings

Field representation and drawing interpretation

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

Diploma of Mechanical Engineering Technology or Civil Engineering Technology – Building Services Option

Must be self-motivated, team oriented, efficient, and a good communicator.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically in Windows maneuvering, Word, Excel and Access is an asset.

Ability to work in an environment of constantly changing technology and project assignments.

Education and Experience

Technical degree/diploma/certificate or equivalent in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Between 0-2 years of experiencein the industrial consulting industry

Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
