What we offer
Compensation:
- Starting rate of $41.51/hour. After 6 working months, a full rate of $43.69/hour
- Afternoon shift premium of $2.17/hour
- Night shift premium of $4.33/hour
- Paid overtime

What you’ll do as a Millwright
Work with advanced manufacturing equipment such as conveyors, overhead and transfer systems, automated guided vehicles, robotic systems, and presses.
- Work in a fast-paced team-orientated flexible manufacturing environment
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment under standardized procedures
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment
- Troubleshoot, replace and/or repair machine components including cylinders, pumps, motors, spindles, fixtures, slides, valves, gears, switches, and bearings
- Perform welding, sheet metal fabricating, hand finishing, grinding, and polishing
- Design and test hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment and systems
What you need to join our team
- Ontario or Inter-Provincial 426A/433A Millwright Certificate of Qualification
- Completion of Apprenticeship as a Millwright preferred, or 7 years relevant experience
- The flexibility to work at Cambridge and/or Woodstock facility
- Ability to work 3 rotating shifts
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as a Licensed Millwright
- Maintenance experience working on manufacturing equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills related to troubleshooting equipment issues, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing/industrial environment
- A background in or affinity toward troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and machine components
- Welding and machine shop/fabrication experience
- Interest in working in a multi-skilled position (mechanical and electrical)
- Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and working conditions
- Passion for teamwork, ongoing learning, continuous improvement, and maintaining a respectful and safe environment
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional team members
- Rigging and hoisting experience is preferred
