OFFICE ADMINISTRATION / SHIPPING AND RECEIVING
Terms: Full Time Days, Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive wage, full benefits offered (after 90 day probation period)
QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum Grade 12 Education
- Computer Skills – strong working knowledge of email & proficient word processing and spreadsheet skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
Duties:
- Parts Controller/Dispatcher: Serve as the go to person for all parts ordering & services required for Bush equipment and Operations
- Communicate between bush operations and Management
- Answering/directing phone calls and faxes at office
- Shipping & Receiving Parts to support bush operations
- Arranging the delivery of parts to specific work sites to support operations
- Create & Maintain Vendor and Maintenance files
- Monitoring hours of service/filing log sheets and pre inspections of the truck drivers
- Other duties as assigned
