OFFICE ADMINISTRATION / SHIPPING AND RECEIVING

​Terms: Full Time Days, Monday to Friday

Salary: Competitive wage, full benefits offered (after 90 day probation period)

QUALIFICATION:

  • Minimum Grade 12 Education
  • Computer Skills – strong working knowledge of email & proficient word processing and spreadsheet skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills

Duties:

  • Parts Controller/Dispatcher: Serve as the go to person for all parts ordering & services required for Bush equipment and Operations
  • Communicate between bush operations and Management
  • Answering/directing phone calls and faxes at office
  • Shipping & Receiving Parts to support bush operations
  • Arranging the delivery of parts to specific work sites to support operations
  • Create & Maintain Vendor and Maintenance files
  • Monitoring hours of service/filing log sheets and pre inspections of the truck drivers
  • Other duties as assigned
