Job description: MaxSys Personnel, the Canadian leader in recruitment and staffing personal since 1993, is presently looking for ORDER PICKERS for a Food distribution Center located in Anjou. This company is regionally renowned in the transport and distribution of refrigerated goods.

Looking for motivated candidates interested in finding a stable and long term position. This company will hire you directly after a probationary period, where you will then have to access their many different employee benefits and advantages.

There are two shifts available:
-Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm (daytime in the freezer section)
-Monday to Friday from 12pm to 8:30pm (evening in the cold section)

Salary: $16.40/h + $2 Covid bonus (evening)
$16.65/h + $2 Covid bonus (daytime)

Job Duties:
– Assemble orders by picking the different products off the shelves (many bonus incentives the more orders you prepare)
-Capability to wear headphones for the duration of the shift for order preparation
– Operate an electrical jigger (you will receive a training).
– Verifies that the work environment remains safe and clean (cleaning if necessary)

Requirements:
– Ability to lift boxes from 2 Kg to 35 Kg. (You won’t have to move the boxes far, you just pick the products off the shelves and then put them on your pallet).
-Steel toe boots
-Work in a cold environment (-3 degrees) or the freezer environment (-18 degrees). Protective clothing will be provided to you for the freezer section
