- Have no experience with outbound sales (calls, emails, etc.)
- Can’t be on phone calls and computer for 6-8 hours every day (5-6 days per week)
- Are not comfortable looking at multiple systems and complex data sheets and CRM system
- Are not motivated to break your personal sales record
- You are looking for short term gigs (don’t waste our time)
- Not willing to learn the product you sale inside out
- If you don’t have a QUIET home environment to take phone sales call (no family background noise)
- If you are not willing to learn my sales process – I need the experience and intuition but someone who will follow my 1000+ call process

- You don’t have discipline and routine in life and like to wing it each day
SALES MINDSET we are looking for
- understand the problems and desire of your prospects
- have emotional intelligence to deal with complex human behavior on sales calls
- use a proven sales process (prospecting -> sales call -> follow up -> close
- have intelligence to make a decision on 1 call close vs. Follow up call close (no pushy sales technique)
- demonstrate your product and show the prospect a clear picture of how it can change their world
- understand pipeline management and CRM data analytics
- Understand the modern sales buyer process with extreme use of data analysis

JOB Description: Our PROVEN “Outbound” SALES process (what you’ll do every day)
We have personally Booked over 2500 calls, onboarded 300+ clients with this proven process.
This role is laser focused on “booking appointments” – goal is to book 100 – 200+ appointments each month
- Work on our LinkedIn outbound process – message to 15 min phone call to book meeting for our Sales Reps
- Work on our Email outbound process – message to 15 min phone call to book meeting for our Sales Reps
- Work on our Facebook outbound process – message to 15 min phone call to book meeting for our Sales Reps
- Work on our Cold Call outbound process – message to 15 min phone call to book meeting for our Sales Reps
- Work on our CRM lead segmentation to follow up and book with No shows, hot leads, etc.
- Call people using Skype/Zoom – have short call and book appointment
- Work between multiple systems and act “Fast”
- Update all tracking sheets (Google sheets), look at metrics and improve the process.
- Plan Campaign for next month for each channel
- Confirm booked appointments a day in advance – rebook if required to reduce no-shows
We have closed 26% in past 2.5 years, I am expecting the salesperson to close 30%+ and become a MASTER

The qualities I want
- Hungry but patience
- Great a making phone calls
- Loves sales and marketing
- Has passion about financial industry (this is the industry we are in)
- Has sales experience – ideally on phone sales
- Able to build trust on the phone
- Professional person that I can put in front of my client
- Problem solve – things go wrong every day but you fix it and move on
- Tech comfortable – laptop, google drive, zoom, cloud systems, remote team, slack, etc.
- Super disciplined – track all data
- Able to book 200+ appointments each month
- Master at CRM pipeline management
- Able to improve our sales process and closing ratios
- Someone I feel comfortable working with
- You must be wanting to work and grow long term – good things take time to build (I will be investing my time in you)
Education Requirement
- Bachelors or Masters Degree
- MBA preferred
- Computer Science degree preferred (we use a lot of data and complex IT systems and process in our sales)
- Financial Industry experience is a plus
Work Experience Requirement
- 5+ Years of outbound sales experience
- Experience in booking appointments
- Experience making outbound calls to book appointments
- Experience in CRM pipeline management – identifying hot leads to book appointments
Compensation
- Base Salary: $3000 per month
- Commission: $50 per booked appointment
- Bonus: $1000 to $2000 per month based on accelerator milestone
- Earning potential per year: $36K (base) + $60K to $120K commission + $10K Bonus – Total On target Earning (OTE): $96K to $160K+
