Key responsibilities (text) • Ensuring goods flow smoothly and that operations are in line with order parameters

• Support the goods flow manager with an analysis of stock discrepancies as part of the inventory management procedures
• Secure implementation of the Supply Quality “Detect-Correct-Report” way of working in all parts of logistics operation with a zero tolerance approach towards non-compliant goods meeting the customer
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance
• Fully understand Inventory Integrity Manual outlining the administrative routines to maintain accurate stock balance and basic Logistic procedures/batches
• Look for more effective ways of working to reduce costs
• Support the team and with additional duties, as required

Team vision (text) The Goods Flow team contributes to the completion of the store replenishment process before opening, in the most efficient, commercial and safe way and secure the goods flow operations are optimized. They do this through using knowledge of IKEA, as well as the IKEA tools and the experience and expertise of their colleagues. This results in agreed goods availability for customers at the lowest possible costs.

– This is a part time permanent position. You will be scheduled between 12-40 hours per week.
– This is an overnight role with working hours between 2AM to 10:30AM. Please ensure you have reliable transportation.
– Weekend availability is required for this role.
