Job description: Our goal at ‘Tutto’ is to profile flavors and create dishes made famous in the provinces of Italy. Known for its incredible influence on global cuisine, Italy has captured the culinary world with its diverse fares from northern Trentino to southern Sicily. Each region proudly offers its traditions that emulate a deep history and culture passed down from generation-to-generation.
Working under the supervision of our Chef in our open plan kitchen, the Pizzaiolo will play a key role in preparing ingredients, our signature dough, and the execution of the perfect pizza in our state-of-the-art pizza oven. At ‘Tutto’ we are passionate about the experience we create for our guests through food, and our enthusiastic team ensures this experience is second to none.
Key Responsibilities:
§ Extremely organized; keeping to deadlines and working with precision in a fast-paced environment.
§ Ingredients and signature dough preparation, pizza creation and oven cooking.
§ Dedicated team player who naturally builds camaraderie.
§ Responsible, motivated, and energetic self-starter.
§ Ability to stand for long periods of time, withstand heat, and deal with the pressures of preparing food in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements/Qualifications:
§ Minimum 2-year directly related experience in an Italian upscale dining environment.
§ Skilled in pizza making, with roman style pizza experience preferred.
§ Food Safe Certification.
§ Excellent English language communication.
§ Must be legally allowed to work in Canada. Recommended Training:
