In Your New Role… * Directs and coordinates all on-site project related tasks * Position requires excellent record keeping (time tracking and material usage) * Communicating openly and honestly * Works diligently toward building and maintaining a high level of quality * Follow and enforce company policies for all on-site personnel * Carrying out advance construction tasks, delegate responsibilities/follow-up * Position may include snow removal in addition to standard responsibilities in winter months What You Already Have: * Minimum 4 years of Pool construction experience (preference is given to those with prior supervisory experience) * Time management skills * Excellent communication skills * Excellent customer service * Equipment maintenance skill * Experience operating various types of equipment (skid steer and mini excavator are essential) Strong working knowledge in the following areas of landscape/pool construction, including: PVC plumbing, liner installation, equipment hookups, grading & drainage, precast pavers and retaining walls, and concrete forming and finishing.
