Purpose:
As Process Engineering and Maximo Specialist, you will be part of our project team, Contributing with the develop project plans, communicating changes, and working daily helping our Key users and end users with the operational systems. Your passionate work with training, Support and documentation are important in this role.
Key responsibilities:
Work on Change Management responsibilities, for transition or transformation of our organizational goals.
Lead Maximo implementations at new sites incl: development, training and go live activities.
Work on Incident Management responsibilities, supporting the users with their query’s and incidents resolving these issues committed withing a SLA.
Setup of New equipment and Maintenance of existents models/templates in the Maximo application.
Maximo configuration to provide accurate data for contract management and periodical invoicing.
Development of Maximo reporting incl: minor system configurations to support new reports.
Development of Maximo reporting business rules.
Development of training material for users of Maximo systems.
Develop system user guidelines.
Provide system and business process training to regional teams.
Support with delivery of end user training incl: on-site training and webinars.
Provide third level technical systems support
Your Profile:
The ideal candidate for the Business Process Specialist will have: •Well-developed knowledge of Maximo Asset Management System and asset management processes•In depth understanding of the application of business processes in a maintenance environment•Project Management experience•Strong customer service focus•Ability to work as part of an integrated, broad team•Flexible, self-motivated with demonstrated initiative•Excellent customer relations and active listening skills•Highly developed time management and organizational skills•Highly developed interpersonal skills•Ability to identify customer needs through effective questioning and communication•Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish Portuguese language comprehension is welcome
