Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead our Wish Merchant Tax Program. This includes owning the product strategy for, and the implementation of features that enable these merchants to sell products to customers worldwide while complying with local tax requirements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and taking ownership for building features at all levels of the stack. You will be embedded within our Engineering teams to deliver impactful initiatives that continue to grow globally!

What you will do in your role:

Define business and technical requirements for global Tax Program for sellers on Wish

Define operational roadmaps for merchant tax compliance, invoicing, and regulatory reporting

Act as a liaison between Business Development, Finance, and Engineering and the subject matter expert for global VAT compliance

Lead a cross-functional team and drive the long-term product vision and roadmap

Drive new feature development from start to finish

Perform user research to ensure our products and features solve customer pain points

Solve problems impacting multiple stakeholders and millions of users and sellers on Wish Marketplace

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant product/program management and/or tax experience

BS/BA degree; in business administration or system design engineering, experience in accounting, workflow software or tax is preferred

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels across the business

Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Curiosity and desire to learn
