Job description: Highline Manufacturing is a fast-paced subsidiary of Bourgault Industries Ltd. We are located in Vonda, Saskatchewan (near Saskatoon) and manufacture high quality agricultural equipment.

We’re looking for a Production Labourers to join our manufacturing team in the areas of Assembly, Paint, and Front End/Machine Operation. If you are motivated, attentive to detail and enjoy hands-on work, this is the job for you!

Entry-level applicants are welcome to apply. No experience is required & training will be provided!

Responsibilities of these jobs include:
– Following detailed procedures in the designated department
– Operating front end equipment including CNC and manual machines
– Blasting, coating, hanging and packaging parts
– Assembling products coming into assembly areas from internal and external suppliers

Qualifications:
– Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use power tools and read blueprints is an asset
– Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
– Able to work independently and as part of a team
– Willing to do shift work
– Able to perform physical work
– Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
– Willingness to learn!
