Redekop has an immediate opening in our Welding Department for a Production Welder for a 3 month term with possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:
– MIG welding of production parts
– Reading & Interpreting drawings
– Operation of hand tools
– Operation of forklift
– Work as part of the Production Team to produce parts on time and error free
– Quality inspections

Qualifications:
– 3-5 Years of MIG welding in a production environment
– Journeyman or Red Seal certification an asset
– Able to work with little to no supervision
– Able to work from drawings, instructions and procedures
– Work experience in a product engineering environment with emphasis in the mechanical or agricultural disciplines.
