Location- Toronto
Hours- Monday to Friday: 8.00AM-5.00PM
Benefits- Medical, Dental + 3 weeks’ vacation
Salary- $75,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager from Condo Construction (Mid Rise or High Rise)
• Engineering Degree (Preference is Civil Engineering or Electrical) – Education is a nice to have – not mandatory
• Experience working with AutoCad, Enscape, Revit and Microsoft Project
• Experience working with Subdivisions in construction
• Proficient in Quickbooks and MS Excel
• Someone who is sharp and wants to learn and advance as they grow
• Excellent Communication skills
• Energetic and Dynamic Individual
• Prefer someone that lives locally and drives (not mandatory)

Job Duties:

• Day to day managing of the development and construction of mid-rise condominiums and custom residential homes.
• Preparing budgets, construction schedules, tenders, obtaining quotes, reviewing bids and contracts, health and safety concerns
• Overseeing and managing the daily activities of an active site
• Will check in at the site some mornings and then to the office (within same area)
• Office is a store front, classy location

Expected salary: $75000 – 90000 per year
