Job description: Our client, Kelowna’s leading real estate development and building company, is looking to add another full-time Project Manager to their team. This position is responsible for managing the construction of a large-scale residential tower while reporting to the Senior Project Manager. You’re good at:

• Managing the construction of a large-scale residential tower
• Building and maintaining master construction schedule with a clear critical path
• Paying attention to details, risk management, controlling costs, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
• Negotiation of subcontracts and major purchases
• Resolving design and construction challenges
• Creating lasting and effective professional relationships
