Position Summary:
This role will require providing overall supervision and Agile leadership for the teams, influencing and coaching the team’s use of Agile methodologies.
Performance Expectations:
· Maintain and improve key Agile metrics for the organization, Lead projects with a sense of urgency for timely delivery
· Perform modeling of business and system processes based on findings through use-case scenarios, workflow diagrams, functional specifications and data models
· Relationship Management with the various stakeholders; interacts with customers, suppliers, business units, etc.
· Performs complex or extensive scope of business analysis work including workflow analysis, business information requirements and models
· Responsible for project budgets, defines scope and objectives, prepares functional process charts to analyze business operation, and assists with the design of business processes and documentation
· Perform a lead role in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new business applications and enhancements to existing business applications
· Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business systems issues
· Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions
· Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems
· Completes project and system support documentation to specifications
Minimum Requirements:
· A university degree or college diploma in the field of computer science, information science, management information systems, business administration, finance or a related discipline
· Minimum of five years of software project management and business analysis experience, including software design/implement, business applications and ERP systems (i.e., SAP, IFS, ADP) deployments
Desired Characteristics:
· Experience with different software development methodologies including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
· Experience working with remote teams, managing a 3rd Party Software (ERP, SAAS etc.) and vendors
· Proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently to deliver project objectives, on track, on time and within budget
· Well-honed change management, communications and conflict management skills
· Possess excellent Leadership skills to motivate team members, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues as required
· Possess excellent time management skills and ability to self-manage effectively as required
· Proven experience in eliciting, planning and managing requirements (both business and functional)
· Possess excellent communication and presentation skills for project reporting
· Intermediate to advanced proficiency in all applicable software applications (i.e. PM tools/system, MS Project, MS Office, SharePoint, or Visio etc.)
· Previous software development experience
· PMP or other PMI certifications
· Scrum/Agile, Business Analyst certifications
