My client, a leading international law firm, is looking for a Project Manager to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join their team of service professionals. The Project Manager to the CMO will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing projects related to the office of the CMO. The ideal candidate will be disciplined, collaborative, and excited by new opportunities.

What the Project Manager to the CMO does:

• Collaborates with the CMO to determine and outline firm-wide Marketing and Business Development project scopes and objectives
• Forecasts the necessary internal and external resources needed to reach and sustain project objectives; manages resources in an efficient capacity
• Prepares budgets determined based on firm-wide metrics and resource requirements
• Tracks project costs to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines
• Develops and manages a detailed project schedule/work plan utilizing methodologies such as RACI and GANTT charts
• Communicates project updates to internal and external stakeholders, regarding strategies, adjustments, and progress
• Determines and utilizes project management best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entirety of the project execution
• Monitors progress throughout the project timeline and make adjustments as needed
• Measures project performance at the completion of the initiative to identify success points and areas of improvement

What the successful candidate will bring:

• Bachelor’ s degree in marketing, business development, or a related field
• 5-8 years of project management or related experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification an asset
• Excellent and creative problem solving abilities
• Proven experience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Exceptional analytical skills needed to deliver data driven recommendations
• Proven leadership skills; ability to build long lasting relationships with key stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work individually on projects as a self-starter
• Strong level of bilingualism, both verbal and written, is an asset
