Job title: Property Manager / Hotel Manager

Job description: We are looking for a candidate that is able to maintain and improve current procedures and is constantly thinking of new ways to make operations more efficient. As well as, maintaining the suites and the surrounding common areas by fixing any damages.

Duties of job:

• Manage and monitor hotel expenses
• Manage and track hotel inventory
• Plan, implement and manage overall hotel daily operations
• Conduct hotel budgeting and financial planning
• Hire and onboard new hotel staff
• Evaluate staff performance
• Ensure safety and adherence to rules and regulations
• Prepare and manage schedules and shifts
• Has some knowledge of making basic repairs.
• Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.

• Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, contracting with landscaping and snow removal services

Qualification:

• Previous experience as a property manager and/or hotel manager is an asset
• Completion of high school degree
• Not required but an asset: Tourism Diploma from reputable college and/or Property Manager
• Require a valid drivers license in Canada
