- Oversee from QA perspective all Commercial Logistics department activities and procedures
- Training of Logistics team on GDP matters
- QA supervision of Biogen Central Distribution Warehouse activities
- Participate in Audits and oversee Quality Management Reviews
- Manage Quality Agreement and monitor partner’s performance against it
- Develop and align processes with partner’s QA organization
- QA for Distribution non-conformities and oversee partners’ deviation and CAPA management
- Support and manage Change Controls
- Oversee Labeling activities and coordinate release with Biogen EU QP where applicable
- Manage serialization implementation and processes
- QA supervision of Airfreight partner’s activities
- QA Management of logistics processes related to (suspect) falsified medicines, returns and recall
Qualifications
- Min. 5 years of GMP or GDP experience for Medicinal Products
- University degree in Supply Chain, Pharmacy or closely related discipline
- Quality and Logistics experience required and experience with cold chain products beneficial
- Strong ability in defining key issues, based on an in-depth risk assessment, and communicating them in a clear manner to higher management
Additional Information
The Quality Assurance Expert, Warehouse & Distribution is responsible for the product distribution including related procedures from a quality perspective and being accountable for the quality oversight of the commercial logistics department. Therefore, you are in charge of the Central Distribution Warehouse and Airfreight partners and are managing exceptions, Change Controls, CAPA’s, audits and trainings related to the distribution of Biogen’s products. You also handle serialization implementations to oversee Labeling activities performed at the Central Distribution Warehouse.
