Regional Finance Manager

Job title: Regional Finance Manager

Job description: The Regional Finance Manager will be responsible for the revenue and profitability of all financing of whole goods transactions in the assigned area of responsibility. This position will sell finance and insurance programs to new and used truck/equipment customers.

• Actively sells financing, insurance, and warranty products – selling both internally and externally when required
• Establishes business building procedures and conducts business planning
• Completes monthly reports covering finance activities, issues and results within the scope of the position
• Meets with new and existing customers to establish relationships for future financial needs
• Monitors contract collection status up to 30 days and recommends contract collection strategies
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with lending institutions
• Attends all management meetings as required
• Becomes familiar with and complies with the company’s Health & Safety ManualL
• Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) essential
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Finance is preferred
• Three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong knowledge of privacy laws
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Willing to travel within and outside assigned area of responsibility
• Strong business ethics with a professional approach at all times
• Extensive travel will be required to visit branches and customers in the assigned area of responsibility
