The Faculty of Education seeks to appoint a Research Administration and Impact Coordinator, as part of the Andrew and Virginia Rudd Research and Professional Practice Programme.

The core mission of the programme is to advance new knowledge and insights into the psychological, social, individual, educational and community-based processes that underlie positive developmental outcomes for children and young people, with a particular focus on developing evidence-based practice models of benefit to families, schools, teachers, community health and other professional practitioners, policy makers and young people themselves in the contexts of domestic adversity, family transition, the care system, and education practice.

The postholder will act as Research Administration and Impact Coordinator for the Rudd Programme, organising, managing and delivering the activities of the programme. The postholder will communicate with internal and external members of the programme, helping to increase interest and engagement with the Programme. They will build new relationships, create new opportunities for cross-cutting projects and opportunities for networking amongst members and coordinate activity across multiple schools and institutions.

Candidates will be educated to degree-level standard.

The position is full-time. Job sharing and flexible working arrangements will be considered.

Fixed term: Funding for the post is available for 3 years in the first instance.
