The brand new LLOYD restaurant located in the renovated and iconic Marriott Montreal Chateau Champlain wishes to strengthen its vibrant team.

Job description:
The Card
This person is responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant. You supervise, direct and actively participate in all operations. You are a real hands-on person, close to your teams, an ambassador of our restaurant and very accessible to your customers. You know how to enhance the customer experience, a leader with our teams, and your main objective is always customer satisfaction.
In a word, you are LLOYD.

- Good knowledge of operations
- You love wine and know how to choose it
- You know that communication between the kitchen and the dining room is essential
- Inventories will spice up your life
- Maintain and control inventory
- Perform any other related tasks as needed
- Hygiene and cleanliness are a must in your operation
- Always curious about new trends and practices

- Good advisor and salesperson

- Passion for taste and presentation
- Knowledge of Micros Simphony (an asset)
- No aptitude for routine and boring work
- Trainer by example

- 5 years experience in a responsible position
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Knowledge of working in a union environment
