Job title: Revenue Distribution Agent
Job description: The Sandman Hotel Group is looking for a professional, organized, and motivated Revenue Distribution Agent for the Revenue Distribution Team. The position entails the accurate implementation and maintenance of rates and availability for the entire Sandman, Sandman Signature, and Sutton Place Hotel brands. You will ensure Revenue Distribution tasks are processed in a timely manner in coordination with the Revenue and Marketing departments as well as hotel operations teams. This position will appeal to those who are detail and task-oriented with a thirst to gain further knowledge and growth.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week), including varied hours, statutory holidays, and weekends to meet the demands of the job.
- Must be able to work remotely from home with a dedicated workspace.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Must have excellent command of the English language.
- Strong multi-tasking, professional communication, and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Must be able to type 60 WPM and possess fast and accurate computer data entry skills.
DUTIES:
- Execute and deliver the implementation of rate loading details requested from all Sandman and Sutton Place Hotels and the company’s Revenue Team.
- Ensure all inbound property requests for rate and inventory updates are processed across applicable channels for each property.
- Ensure that all rate loading tasks are completed within assigned deadlines.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of PMS/Channel Manager integration systems.
- Assist with the build of new properties and room types.
- Complete all duties as assigned by supervisors and managers.
APPLICABLE SKILLS
- Preferred basic knowledge/experience with Maestro and/or Opera PMS.
- Familiarity with Online Travel Agency extranets and TrevalClick channel manager would be an asset.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Solid communication skills, both oral and written.
- Adaptable to change and able to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Ability to operate and work well with others.
- Has a willingness to learn with a drive to perform efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
