Job description: Alliance Cabinet Doors Ltd. located at Unit 108, 14620 64 Avenue Surrey, BC Canada V3S 1X7 is currently hiring one permanent fulltime Sales and Distribution Manager.

Job type: Full Time and Permanent

Wage: $50.50 per hour, 35 hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Unit 108, 14620 64 Avenue Surrey, BC Canada V3S 1X7

Job Duties:

· Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments.

· Organize regional and divisional sales operations.

· Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.

· Determine strategic planning related to new product lines.

· Recruit, organize, train and manage staff.

· Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.

Job Requirements:

Education: University degree or college diploma in business or in a related field with a specialization in sales.

Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a sales representative or in a related occupation

Language: English is required
